Have you heard about the research done on plant-based isoflavone, showing that it kills cancer cells?
This study was done at the Children`s University Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany and it was later translated and publish in English.
Namely, this plant attacks the cancer cells and their reproducing process, inhibiting their ability to create new blood vessels. When left without sufficient amount of blood, they shrink and eventually die.
Why is this important for you?
Soy has been used in many studies dealing with one of the biggest mysteries of the modern world, which is finding the cure for cancer.
Analyzing these studies will definitely confuse you as some of them suggest that soy stimulates the growth of cancer cells while others claim that it kills them.
However, this study is much different as it uses organic fermented soy, not the ordinary soy products.
According to Dr. Mercola, there is a strong link between the consumption of soy and the development of cancer. As he explains, Japanese people consume large amounts of fermented soy and they are still known for their low rates of cancer.
For those who don’t know, organic fermented soy is also known under the name of “Miso”.
Below, you have a recipe which calls for miso paste as key ingredient. This soup is shown to kill cancer cells and boost the overall health.
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ cup chopped green onion
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
- ½ tsp grated ginger

- Put the coconut oil in a large pot and heat it over medium heat
